Operator guide

Integrations and dependencies

Understand which external services you need without exposing their private setup.

Live media

The platform includes its own Astra media option and integrations for LiveKit, Agora and ZEGOCLOUD. Select a configured provider for new rooms. Active rooms retain their selected provider, and support for specific flows depends on that provider’s capabilities and account settings.

Third-party accounts, licensing, bandwidth and subscriptions are separate from the source-code purchase. Verify the chosen provider with actual publishers and viewers before launch. The bundled installer does not automatically provide a TURN relay for every network condition.

Login and messaging

The platform supports its own account flow and configured external login options, including Google and SMS providers. Enable only the options actually configured for your installation. Email delivery requires the operator’s working mail service; SMS availability and charges depend on the selected provider and plan.

The demonstration currently uses Google and fixed demonstration accounts while its email/SMS options are limited. Those demonstration choices do not define the buyer’s enabled methods.

Notifications

Android uses FCM and iOS uses APNs for configured push notifications. Users must opt in and the app’s native configuration must match the operator’s service. A successful provider response does not alone prove that a device displayed or opened a notification.

Incoming calls outside the app have separate integration and device checks. Ordinary notification delivery is not proof of call ringing or audio. The release’s physical iOS VoIP behavior has not been validated; keep that capability disabled until its separate acceptance checks pass.

Payments and effects

Configure your own store products and enabled web gateways for payments. Optional DeepAR effects require an appropriate license for your application identities and supported platforms; built-in effects and vendor effects are different dependencies.

Provider account names, private keys, certificates, signing material and detailed setup procedures belong in the private integration guide. No seller credential is supplied to the buyer.

Official service references

These public references help identify the services. Follow the private buyer manual for the exact configuration used by this release; do not paste provider secrets into public pages.
