Audio rooms and music

Start with a solo host, then invite up to three guests into the conversation.

A room built for listening

An audio live shows the host’s avatar instead of camera video. The room begins with the host alone rather than a grid of empty seats. The host can speak, open chat input from the controls, view earnings and manage music. Viewers can listen, chat, send gifts and view the available rankings.

Invite a speaker

  1. A viewer uses the call/request control to ask to speak.
  2. The host sees the request and chooses whether to accept it.
  3. Accepted guests appear with their own avatar and name. There can be four speakers in total, including the host.
  4. When all positions are occupied, another viewer must wait until someone leaves and request again.

Host and moderator controls

The host can remove a speaker and use the available room-only or host-wide blocking options. A moderator can handle disruptive participants within the assigned role, but cannot remove the host as an ordinary guest. Removing a speaker and banning someone from future rooms are different actions.

Catalog music

The administrator uploads tracks with their title, artist/collection, order and availability. The catalog accepts validated MP3 or PCM WAV files up to 60 MiB, with a duration from one second to 15 minutes. The panel provides listening and deletion controls. Only use audio you have the necessary rights to provide.

Hosts choose a track from the enabled catalog and use separate microphone and music volume controls. Stop ends the music while the microphone can remain active. Music should be checked both on the host’s local output and on another viewer’s device.

Android also supports a local music library after the required permission, with sequential playback. This release’s iOS music selection uses the configured catalog. Large files can take longer to start; tracks are not automatically transcoded by the server.

Earnings

The administrator selects the supported diamond or coin earnings mode and streamer share for new audio rooms. The wallet distinguishes available funds from amounts under review. Financial protection and review procedures are covered by the private buyer manual; they are separate from the host’s speaker controls.
