Agency workflow
From a streamer’s application to a final platform decision.
The roles are different
An agency organizes streamer applications and its approved members. The platform administrator decides final admission where that policy is required. Joining an agency alone does not guarantee permission to broadcast through every client.
Application journey
- The streamer opens the agency flow in the app or web, enters the agency code and provides the requested application details.
- The agency reviews the request and follows up through the available contact path.
- Where required, the streamer supplies a short presentation video and the remaining admission information.
- The agency forwards the completed request to the platform administrator.
- The administrator approves, rejects or requests more information. The agency and applicant can then act on the current status.
What the operator decides
The business sets its own published admission criteria. The software does not prescribe appearance, gender, income or a particular studio background. General live eligibility, Studio eligibility and withdrawal eligibility must be reviewed separately.
If a policy changes from broad access to approved agency members, accounts must meet the current policy. A previous opportunity to broadcast is not permanent approval.
Agency-owner accounts
An account that owns an agency cannot publish through Studio Web or Windows Studio. The authorization page explains this reason. The owner can still use otherwise permitted video and audio rooms on the ordinary web app, and supported video, audio and game modes on mobile.
