Operator guide
Administrator handbook
A map of the panel: what each area manages and how a change affects the platform.
Configure, then operate
Start with your brand, published policies, enabled login methods and live provider. Next review broadcast eligibility, agencies, gifts, offers, earnings and support. An enabled form or a saved provider configuration is not proof of a completed purchase, push delivery or broadcast.
The following descriptions apply to an authorized operator in a normal installation. The public demo exposes these areas for inspection but prevents administrative changes.
People and community
| Area | Purpose and everyday use |
|---|---|
| Users | Find a profile, inspect its status and related activity, and apply the permitted account or balance action. Account suspension differs from deletion; balance adjustments are separate from recharge purchases. |
| Agency applications | Review applications to operate an agency and their current status. An approved agency is managed in the agency workspace. |
| Approved agencies / admission | Manage agencies and review streamer applications forwarded by them. Agency acceptance and final platform approval are distinct stages. |
| Transmissions | Inspect live sessions, their host and state, and use the available moderation controls. A viewer interface is not the host’s publishing console. |
| PK battles | Review duel activity and the connected live experience. PK does not replace the ordinary room chat and gift flows. |
| Reports | Review reported content or conduct, examine the relevant context and apply an authorized moderation decision. |
| Support | Work through tickets, departments, assignees, status and priority. Choose a user-visible reply or an internal note deliberately. |
Catalog and engagement
| Area | Purpose and everyday use |
|---|---|
| Gifts and categories | Create named catalog groups, set their display order and assign gifts. Edit gift price, availability, thumbnail and supported animation assets. |
| Rankings and frames | Manage the available ranking and profile-decoration features. Frames and ranked activity are different from gift categories. |
| Item grants | Deliver supported catalog items through the dedicated operation; this does not create a recharge purchase. |
| Gift Festival | Set an event period and ordered levels with goals and rewards. Configure up to 20 levels; the demonstration’s 12-level example is not a mandatory buyer configuration. |
| Audio and music | Choose audio earnings settings and manage the music catalog. Listen to a track, set availability and remove it when appropriate. See the audio chapter for file limits. |
| Official messages | Set the public identity of official channels and send permitted service announcements. Ticket updates guide recipients back to their support conversation. |
Payments and business records
| Area | Purpose and everyday use |
|---|---|
| Packages and recharges | Manage offers, availability and the mappings required by each purchase channel. A package alone does not create a Google Play or App Store product. |
| Wallets | Inspect balances and the available financial review status. Use the dedicated operation for a decision; do not confuse held funds with spendable funds. |
| Withdrawals | Review requests, their status and supporting references. Current payout processing is simulated/manual for Pix and PayPal; it is not an automatic real-money transfer integration. |
| Statements | Trace purchases, gifts, adjustments and financial events using the displayed references. A summary total is not a substitute for the transaction record. |
| Finance workspace | View the financial summary allowed for that staff role, then follow the dedicated record for a decision. |
Platform settings
| Area | What the operator controls |
|---|---|
| Authentication and notifications | Available login methods and supported notification providers. Configure only services owned and tested by your business. Credential setup belongs in the private guide. |
| Terms and privacy | Edit drafts or use your own HTTPS policy links, review them and publish a version. Saving a draft does not publish it. |
| Live providers | Select the configured media provider for new rooms. Existing rooms retain their provider; feature support depends on the selected integration. |
| Studio | Choose the permitted broadcasting policy for Web and Windows Studio. Agency-owner accounts are not admitted to Studio. |
| Branding | Select a portal and change its display name, logo and favicon. Native package identifiers and launcher icons require a client build. |
| Staff and audit | Manage authorized team access and consult recorded operations. Security setup, account recovery and protection procedures are described only in the buyer manual. |
A useful configuration check
- Save the intended change and reopen the affected record.
- Inspect the corresponding experience with an ordinary account, not only an administrator.
- For purchases and notifications, verify the actual payment/device result.
- Keep any outstanding provider or device limitation clear to your users.
